The services provided by The Kennie Creative Technologies are limited to the development, design, and delivery of the website as agreed upon in the contract. The Company does not provide ongoing maintenance, updates, or support unless specifically stated in a separate agreement.

By utilizing our website development services, you, the client, acknowledge and agree that:

1. Responsibility for Website Use: The client is solely responsible for all content, management, and operations of the website once it has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, any interactions or transactions that occur between users on the site.

2. Limitation of Liability: The Kennie Technology Limited shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the website after delivery, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company’s total liability to the client, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the development of the website.

3. User-Generated Content: The client is responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to the website complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and regulations governing online conduct. The Kennie Technologies LTD will not be held liable for any illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content provided by the client.

4. Third-Party Services: The Company is not responsible for any third-party services or integrations (such as payment gateways, hosting providers, etc.) implemented on the website. Any issues arising from such services are solely the responsibility of the client and the third party.

5. Governing Law: This disclaimer, along with the agreement between the Company and the client, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding related to this disclaimer shall be brought in the courts located in Nigeria
